Choose a file in the upload dialog
Upload a file in the select file dialog
When you choose an uploaded file (e.g. when inserting an image in the text editor) in the "browse files" dialog, you will see a mask for uploading files above the list of uploaded files. Here you can easily upload and select a file for the action you want to perform.
